Shipping policy

All InnerFlow apparel is made to order. Please review the timelines below so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Production Time

Since each item is printed and made specifically for you, please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. During high-demand periods (new drops, holidays), production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our production facility, estimated delivery times are: Pakistan (Domestic) 3-6 business days. International (US, UK, EU, Australia, and other supported countries) 7-20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Total delivery time equals production time plus shipping time.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and could arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at innerflowear@gmail.com so we can try to correct it before production begins.
